I had a truly delightful experience staying at this heritage property. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its old-world charm and the serene ambiance that surrounds it. Lush gardens and mountains, the property offers a perfect blend of nature. The gardens are maintained, providing a refreshing environment for morning walks or quiet evening relaxation. The mountain views from various parts of the property are simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset — truly a treat for nature lovers. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. this place is a gem. Highly recommended...

It was one of the worst hotel experience i have ever had, i was travelling with my wife and kid for a wedding, had a 2 nights stay. There is no elevator in the main building, rooms are very old and in bad condition, there was no hot water, no solution on complaining, 4-5 men barged into the room to check the water connection, wasted 2 hours and the manager had the audacity to say that ‘Ab to utni thand nhe hai, garam paani kyu hi chaie’, they do not provide even basic toiletries like a dental kit, staff is all rude, no valet service.

Went with family recently to attend a function held at the respective resort in Pushkar. Overall it was a nice stay but was unfortunately marred by a very disappointing experience at the dining hall during breakfast. The behavior of the staff and the level of customer service were well below expectations. Upon arriving at the dining hall, I was met with indifference and a lack of warmth from the staff. Simple requests, such as a request for a cup of tea and basic breakfast items were ignored. The staff's inattentiveness and lack of professionalism created an unwelcoming atmosphere that significantly affected my overall experience. I expected a much higher standard of service from such an establishment. The disregard for guest needs and the absence of courteous service were surprising and unacceptable. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests receive the level of service and hospitality that is expected from Bhanwar Singh Palace, Pushkar.

Hotel provides you well decorated, clean and spacious room under budget in pushkar. Management and staff was very helpful and cooperative especially Sandeep sir Whenever visit to pushkar give them a chance to serve you and enjoy luxury hotel at affordable price..

Highly recommended place for your business trips, family outings, friends trip etc. Great Food, clean & hygienic rooms, Co-operative staff, Pool size is very giant and the cottages are equally spacious and clean. Give it a try once for sure.

Quite a nice hotel. The grounds and pool are lovely. The rooms were adequate but could be updated. Food and service were all fine. The only thing I did not like was the faux stonework over the beautiful buildings. It really did ruin the look and what a pity whoever chose this finish.

Staying for 8 days at the Bhanwar Singh Palace (BSP) was a wonderful experience. The period of staying at this palace from 22 June 2024 to 29 June 2024 was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I entered with my family through the grand gate of BSP and we were completely mesmerized by looking the entire property of this BSP. The architecture of BSP is just wonderful. BSP is surrounded by mountains and which enhance the beauty of this place. Especially night view of BSP looks very elegant. I stayed here with my family in Royal Villa room of BSP. The room was very spacious and elegantly furnished. Beyond the physical beauty of BSP, impeccable service truly made my experience extraordinary. My first interaction was with duty manager Mr. Abhishek Sharma while booking my stay at this property over the phone. After taking with him, I immediately booked one room for 8 days. He is very kind person ***** with distant vision, which is good for BSP. Second interaction with reception persons Mr. Dilip, Mr. Sandeep and Ms. Sajia was so worthy. They upgraded my room in villa and provided the room which have the best view. They quickly fulfil all the request raised by us at even late night or early morning. Moreover, my son and daughter enjoyed the park and as well as game zone of this palace. I together with my family enjoyed swimming pool, size of pool was giant. However, my daughter also enjoyed the baby pool. We enjoyed the BSP thoroughly. I would like to thank to housekeeping related staffs, they came to my room and clean every day. Dining was a highlight, offering delicious meals with a variety of choices in a sophisticated atmosphere. All the staffs were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, BSP provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making my stay truly enjoyable. In future also whenever I will get some time to spend, I would like to visit BSP.

We were crossing pushkar and we saw this board. Decided to stop and lo behold, what did we find. A beautiful space nestled among the Aravallis. Every emminity available.. From far Nagaland, staff is here.. Abila, the hard working smiling girl.. Mahendra ji and Bahadur ji, who provide the local flavour.. Peacock, birds, fountains, cats . All...

L'hotel è molto bello,con una piscina grande e pulita, le camere sono pulite, grandi e confortevoli. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia a pranzo che a cena. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stata la cortesia di tutto lo staff: dai receptionist ai camerieri, tutti sono stati enormemente gentili. Tutti hanno lavorato per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, fornendoci anche un driver molto prudente alla guida, puntuale e preparato, per visitare Pushkar. Lo staff si è anche adoperato per soccorrere un uccello che avevo trovato in difficoltá. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare in questo hotel!

Très bel h?tel avec piscine. Repas et petit déjeuner très commun rien d’original exactement comme on retrouve dans les autres h?tels… Les prix des consommations sont plus chers que les autres h?tels : petite bière à 450 roupies. A noter qu’il y a un bar. Les serveurs ne parlent pas anglais mais sont très serviables.
